Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please read the product description for the items you purchase before checkout. Customers not reading and understanding what they are buying is the number 1 reason for returns and it costs everyone involved time and money. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in NEW condition. It must also be in the original packaging. It also cannot have been installed or modified in any way shape or form.  ELECTRONICS are not included in the return policy.

Once an item has been received and processed for return, a refund will be given. If PayPal was used, then PayPal will be used for your refund. If you paid with a credit card, it will be returned to the card that was originally used.

Special Order items are not eligible for return.

 

Restocking Fee
There is a 20% restocking fee for items returned due to non manufacturer warranty claims.
